This Privacy Policy explains how Leiting VPN (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) handles personal information through its mobile and desktop applications (referred to as the “App”). We aim to process information only as needed and to protect privacy in a transparent and careful manner.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate device location information. This data is used for: 1. route recommendations based on Leiting VPN node distribution; 2. performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; and 3. service communications such as important updates, security notices, or account reminders through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated and anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. compliance with legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of user safety or investigation of fraud; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. To stop new collection, uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data will be kept during the service validity period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to close your account and delete your profile, contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email for necessary handling.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or business adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. This policy officially takes effect and is implemented as of October 4, 2025.
