This agreement is a legal contract between you and Leiting VPN (referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding downloading, installing, and using the App.
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees and will communicate relevant changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be subject to the terms of those service providers.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used due to account arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions, the Service Provider is not responsible for those issues. Mobile data or roaming charges may be imposed by your carrier and are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party platform changes is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service in accordance with applicable rules.
